• We guarantee that the part has been tested within a static-free environment, therefore reducing the risk of static electricity induced damage to electronic components and thus prolonging the life of the part.
  

• The part will be tested using the manufacturer's current diagnostic test software and conform to the manufacturer's specification for the part number it carries.

• Hard disk drives are data erased to HMG Infosec Standard 5 (HMG IS5).

• We guarantee acceptance for any maintenance contract including the manufacturer's.

• We guarantee it is functional, but should it fail within our warranty period we will replace it free of charge.
